OPEN HOUSE BLITZ SPECIAL
Blitz Tournament Date: AUGUST 15th
Time: 2:00–5:00 p.m.
Registration Fee: $25 / $15 / FREE (Use Discount Code ATLCC100%)
Tournament Format:
- Four to five rounds (Depends upon registration)
- G/5; d5 time control
- USCF-rated OPEN, U1800, U1400, U1200, & SCHOLASTIC Sections!
Players with an active USCF membership may compete in the USCF-rated section.
Players without a USCF ID are welcome to participate in the unrated Blitz section. When registering, enter “N/A” in the USCF ID field.
SCHOLASTIC ENROLLMENT SPECIAL
Scholastic players who enroll in a Chesstronics Chess or Robotics program during the Open House will receive a $15 credit or refund of their Blitz registration fee—making the tournament free!
Players can also enjoy:
- Blitz chess
- Simul with Masters Chess games with master-level players
- Information about Chess and Robotics classes
- Opportunities to meet our coaches and explore the new venue
