Format:
Timings : 9.30 to 4.00 p.m. 9.30 to 10.00 a.m. Players CHECK-IN Time and Pairings.
4-Rounds , Time-Control: G/25+5, 10.00 am, 2nd Round ASAP am, Break 12.30 to 12:50 p.m. 12:50 p.m. and 2.15 pm.. 3.15 Trophy Ceremony
Chess Sets provided. Clocks (Provided for last 10 minutes).
Snack Break:
**Break Time varies usually 12:30 pm to 12.50 p.m. we provide Free Pizza for all. If no allergies, they can self serve.
Cancellation Fee:
** If you inform 24 hours before, you get full refund otherwise $5.00 deducted if you cancel on same day or less than 24 hours.
